Notice is given for Bulli Surf Life Saving Club Inc Annual General Meeting to be held on Sunday 3rd August 2014 at 4.00pm in the Club Room.

2. Confirm and adopt the minutes of 2013 AGM.
3. Business arising from the Minutes
4. Presentation of 2013 –14 Annual Report and Financial Statement.
5. Election of Club Officers for season 2014 – 2015 .
6. Motion to renew affiliation with Surf Life Saving Australia, Surf Life Saving New South Wales and Surf Life Saving Illawarra
7. Urgent and tabled General Business
Plese note the Annual Report will be available for persual prior to the meeting.
Nominations for positions are to be in writing to the Secertary prior to the commencement of the meeting
If no nominations are received prior to the commencement of the meeting nominations from the floor will be accepted
New fee structure for 2014-15 season
Senior Members $60.00
Junior Members (15-18) $60.00
Associate Member $60.00
Award member $60.00
General Member $50.00
Senior Competitors Levy $50.00
Family Membership $200.00 (2 adults and 2 children) $30.00 each child thereafter
Members can renew registrations online at www.lifesavingonline.com.au or Membership forms can be bought to registration at the club room from 1pm-3pm prior to the meeting or sent to PO Box 355 Woonona NSW 2517.
Members must be financial prior to the Annual General meeting to vote.
