5 awards received on SLSI AOE Night

Some 30+ members attended last nights Surf Life Saving Illawarra Awards of Excellence.

Our members came away with a few awards namely;

High Commendation for the Ted Marshall Memorial Life Saver of the Year to Scott Gordon

High Commendation for Surf Sports Young Athlete of the Year (15-19yrs) to Abbey Dawson

High Commendation for Young Life Saver of the Year to Lachlan O'Grady

Our two big winners on the night were the Surf Sports Athlete of the Year to Hannah Minogue & Surf Sports Club of the Year for an 8th consecutive season.

Congratulations to Club President Keith Caldwell on being awarded Life Membership to Surf LIfe Saving Illawarra for outstanding services to surf life saving in the Illawarra.
