Bulli Surf Life Saving Club is one of 17 surf clubs in the Illawarra region, from Helensburgh Stanwell Park in the north to Windang in the south. The club has trained countless lifesavers & community members in ocean rescue techniques, emergency care, beach management, and power craft, as well as being pioneers in the 1960’s for the introduction & development of the Nipper lifesaving movement. To support the lifesavers fitness & health, we are engaged in surf sports competition from club level recreation to elite level athletes. Our competitors achieve regular success at World, Australian, NSW , Illawarra & special event lifesaving championships, further enhancing our reputation. Club members have represented Illawarra New South Wales & Australia in lifesaving education & surf sports.
Our Surf Club provides activities & involvement for males & females, youth to senior ages and caters for all interests and personal abilities. The environment that our surf club fosters provides the society with exceptional leaders, the workplace with highly skilled employees and the community with socially responsible citizens.
