Talented surf club athletes Kaia Brienen & Jasmine Locke rep AUS in other sports
KAIA BRIENEN
We have many talented surf sports athlete's in the club & we also have some great young members who are excelling in other sports.
Kaia Brienen has been a member since U12 completed her SRC & Bronze, loves patrols. Kaia has also been a mainstay of our Riding the Wave Program, a regular helper😁.
Kaia will represent AUSTRALIA as a member of the U17 Youth Development Team for Volleyball in Thailand (April this year).
She has only been playing the sport for 1yr...she will also represent NSW in Beach Volleyball next month.
Congratulations Kaia👏

Yeap time to brag again, we dont think anyone in surf life saving would disagree with this...
Today Jasmine Locke performs outstandingly at the National Kayak Championships @ Penrith to claim the U18 K1 500m event🥇👏
The National Kayak Championships are held at the Sydney International Regatta Centre Penrith.....so now she will get automatic selection for the Australian Junior Kayak Team to go to the Junior World Championships @ Germany in July this year.
A great effort after racing at the NSW surf titles last weekend (winning U19 Female ski plus Open Double Female Ski with Hannah Minogue & also collecting a bronze medal in Open Female Ski Relay with Zara Sharman & Hannah).
Congratulations Jaz, the club is so excited for you. The Locke family are well respected in the club ...dad Mick, mum Penny & little sister Sarah....lovely family ❤
