Nippers Presentation Day - this Sunday 24 March 11am start

Well the season has just about finished with all nipper meets and major championships completed for the 2012/13 season. Unfortunately with the surf and weather conditions since returning from the Xmas break we haven't been able to get many Sundays in. Hopefully we will have better luck next season. Well done to all our nippers and carnival competitors on your achievments this season.

A big congratulations to Ashley Dribbus on winning a silver medal at the state championships in the under 12 girls beach flags. Well done Ashley. Also we had a few U14 girls compete at the Open Championships including Mali Taylor, Bryar Lunney & Denver Richards. Well done to those girls with Mali Taylor placing 2nd in the U15 Tube Rescue.

Thankyou to all who helped out at Sunday nippers and carnivals with various roles, your support is greatly appreciated.

Our presentation day will take place on Sunday 24th March beginning at 11am. There will be free drinks, lolly bags and sausage sandwiches as well as a jumping castle.

There will be awards for all age groups as well as the major club awards.

Immediately following the presentation we will hold the AGM in the club rooms. All committee positions will be declared vacant and will be voted on at this meeting. If you would like to nominate for a position on the committee feel free to attend the meeting.

I would like to thank the entire committee for your efforts during the season. Without your assisstance the club would not function. I look forward to seeing everyone at the beach on Sunday for the presentation and hope to see everyone at the club next summer.
