Cool Santa turns up at Nippers Xmas Party!

Well i98fm cancelled the Summer Festival Search Party at the beach yesterday due to weather conditions? ......but BULLI NIPPERS still went ahead with our Xmas Party. Fun was the theme for the day with kids involved in many games & activities after which they had a sausage sizzle, drink & lolly bag plus cup cakes for sale. A big thank-you to Bernadette Cardillo (our expert cup cake designer) who did a great job decerating the cakes that mothers of some of our nippers made. Thanks to those ladies and of course Julie Heycott and the rookies for having the idea. Over $488 was raised towards the end of season rookie trip & our club building fund.....well done to everybody involved! 

You guessed it......a ' cool ' Santa arrived in the ATV with our patrol member Wayne Heycott. Santa had sunglasses on....and his motto was 'slip slop slap & eyeshade from the harmful sun-rays'.

Santa proceeded to hand out the lolly bags and get his photo taken with kids.....and parents....and water safety....and patrol members. I think Santa was seen at the Bulli Workers Club later that night having a rest from all his hard work earlier in the day and having cool ale!
