Girls pick up 6 medals at SLSA Pool Championships

Our small team of U12-U17 (12 kids in total) did the club proud at the recent Surf Life Saving Australian Pool Rescue Championships held at the Sydney Olympic Swiming Centre.

The club finished 15th in the point-score and 6 medals were collected along the way. Our U14-U15 girls relay team collected the full range of medals, winning gold silver & bronze. The gold medal coming in the 4 x 50m Obstacle Relay where they set a new Austalian Record!

Well done to Mali Taylor, Kelsey Cresswell, Sheree Farell & Natasha Burke.

To round of the medals Alexandra Smiroldo gained bronze in the U17 200m Obstacle, Natasha Burke also gained a bronze in the U14 200m Obstacle & one of our youngest Kiamana Fittock gained a silver in the 50m Freestyle with fins.
